We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, here is how we make it right.

Returns: 14 days You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.

Items we can’t accept back

• Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
• Underwear and other intimate items, for hygiene reasons
• Custom or personalized orders

How to start a return

1. Email shop@breakordie.com with your order number, the item you’re returning and the reason.
2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it with a tracked shipping method to the address below. Please don’t send items before we reply, so we can match your package to your order.

Return shipping If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, you pay the return shipping. If the return is because of our mistake, we pay for it.

Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is because of our mistake.

Exchanges (different size or color) Return the item as described above and tell us the size or color you’d like. Once we receive it, we’ll ship the new item at no extra shipping charge, if it’s in stock. If it’s out of stock, we’ll refund you instead.

Damaged, defective or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. We may not need the item back.

About handmade items Small differences in stitching, embroidery or color from one handmade piece to the next are normal and are not a defect. If you’re unsure, email us a photo and we’ll help.
