Where we ship We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take a few extra days.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on orders of $15 or more
• $4.50 flat rate on orders under $15

Processing time We prepare and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 3–5 business days. We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on your address and package size.

Tracking When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

If your order is delayed If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you with a new date and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Late, lost or damaged packages If tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund. If your item arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Address errors Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to reship it (a shipping fee may apply) or refund the item price.

Changing or canceling an order Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it ships.
