Expectations & Commitment
- Standard Rotation: 2–5 hours per week. Consistent output over high volume.
- Syncs: One 20-minute weekly briefing to align on objectives.
- Comms: We operate via Notion and Email. Minimal noise, maximum clarity.
- Structure: Every assignment has a clear objective, a deadline, and a direct impact link.

Standard Protocols
Eligibility: Must be 18+. Professional communication and functional English are required. Creative/Tech applicants should have a portfolio or sample work ready for review.
Safeguarding & Privacy: Because our field operations serve mothers and children, we maintain a zero-tolerance privacy policy. All crew members must respect data integrity; certain roles require a formal agreement and ID verification.
