At BreakOrDie, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to keep our policies fair, transparent, and sustainable. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments)
- Customized or personalized products
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
⚠️ Partial Refunds or Denials may apply if:
- Items are not in original condition
- Tags are missing
- Items show signs of wear or damage
3. Replacement / Exchange Policy
- If you receive an incorrect item, incorrect size sent by us, or a defective product, we will send a free replacement.
- Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges (Size or Color Change Requested by Customer)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- BreakOrDie will ship the replacement item at no additional charge (U.S. orders only).
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- At this time, we are unable to offer free returns for change-of-mind purchases.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- BreakOrDie is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
- Please include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. How to Start a Return

We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

- 14 days for returns (customer pays shipping unless our error).
- 7 days for replacements/exchanges.
- Refunds processed after inspection (5–10 business days).
- Damaged/defective → Free replacement or refund.
- No returns on clearance, custom, or intimate items.
