Welcome to breakordie.com. This website is run by BreakOrDie LLC, a South Dakota company based in Rapid City, South Dakota (“BreakOrDie,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who can order You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to place an order. We sell and ship only to addresses in the United States.

2. Our products Many of our items are handmade, so small differences in stitching, embroidery or color from one piece to the next are normal and part of their character. Colors may also look slightly different on different screens. We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its materials, sizes and country of origin. If something you receive is not as described, please contact us.

3. Prices and payment All prices are in U.S. dollars. We price our products on what they cost to make, plus a reasonable margin. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.

4. Orders After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. An order is accepted when it ships. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping Orders ship within 1–2 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after shipping. Shipping is free on orders of $15 or more; orders under $15 have a $4.50 flat rate. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will email you and offer you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. Refunds go back to your original payment method. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we will replace it or refund you, including shipping. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Reviews We welcome honest reviews, positive or negative. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not write reviews for our own products. Reviews from people who received a product for free, for example through a product-tester program, are labeled as such. We may remove reviews that contain offensive language, personal information or spam.

8. Your account You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, please keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

9. BreakOrDie Magazine Articles in BreakOrDie Magazine reflect the views of their authors and are for general information. If you submit an article, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own work and grant BreakOrDie a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit for length and clarity, and display it. We may decline or remove submissions and comments that are offensive, unlawful, plagiarized or spam.

10. Our content The BreakOrDie name, logo, product photos, designs and website content belong to BreakOrDie LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

11. Links to other websites Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Limitation of liability To the extent allowed by law, BreakOrDie’s total responsibility for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

13. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pennington County, South Dakota.

14. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in place when the order was placed.
