This policy explains what information BreakOrDie LLC (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit breakordie.com, shop with us or read BreakOrDie Magazine, and how we use it.

1. Information you give us

• When you order: your name, email, phone number (optional), shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
• When you contact us: your name, email and message.
• When you write for the magazine or comment: your name, email and what you submit.
• When you sign up for updates: your email address.

2. Payment information Payments are handled by secure payment providers (WooPayments for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay; PayPal for PayPal and Venmo). We never see or store your full card number.

3. Information collected automatically When you visit our site, we and our tools collect basic technical information: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived. We use cookies and similar tools for this.

4. Cookies and tracking tools

• Shop cookies (WooCommerce): needed for your cart and checkout to work.
• Google Analytics: helps us understand how many people visit and which pages they use.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): tells Meta when someone visits our site, adds an item to the cart or makes a purchase. We use this to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who may be interested.

9. Children We sell children’s clothing to adults. Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security Our site uses SSL encryption, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. No website is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
